This is a non-smoking unit.
$500.00 Security/Damage deposit. Deposit returned within 14 days with no damage reported.
$100.00 End of stay cleaning fee.
Utilities included in rate, along with high speed internet and cable T.V.
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm PST and Check-out is 11:00 am PST

Payment Schedule:
50% of rental fees due at booking. The remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. The security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks and credit cards through PayPal.
